Re: Letter of commendation
When our old, hardwood and carpeted floors needed to be replaced, we did lots of research to investigate our options. We shopped at a half-dozen stores and finally decided on a wood-based laminate by Evoke. We choose to purchase the flooring material and have it installed by Paulsons.
Mason Wall, as the project manager, was extremely effective. He handled our various issues flawlessly from the start to the end of the project. He replied to our many questions with great skill and knowledge. When we decided to remove and reinstall our molding ourselves, he quickly reworked the proposal. Even our minor questions were addressed quickly, with care and thoughtfulness.
The installers were very efficient and skilled. Alex, as the team lead, worked well with us and his assistant. His customer service skills were excellent.
We also decided to make changes in our living room that included installing tile. This was complicated and again we did lots of research. We made the tiling purchase with Paulsons. The installer was detailed and exacting, which is exactly what was needed for this work.
Paulson’s bids were very competitive. We got high-quality products, skilled installers, and knowledgeable salespersons. Again, Mason, as the quarterback of the team, was Grade A.
